The Dilworth Kickoff: February 2012

I can't believe Sullivan is already 2 months old! This time sure is flying by. He has grown so much this month and is very alert! He has recently started cooing and talking to us. It is the sweetest thing! He loves to kick his legs and stand up in our laps, and he loves to bounce!

He is so happy and smiles a lot in the mornings. Late afternoon is usually his fussy time. He likes for Evan and I to hold him while we are walking around, so you can find us taking laps around the living room and kitchen in the late afternoon!

The past four nights Sullivan has slept for 10 hours without waking up! Yay!! We think he is going through a growth spurt because he is eating 6 oz. in his bedtime bottle now, when he was only eating 4 oz. just last week.

Sullivan had his 2 month check up last Friday. He weighs 10lbs 8oz and he is 22.5 inches long. He is in the 25th percentile for height and weight. He did so good at the doctor. He got three shots and an oral vaccination. The nurse laid Sullivan down on the table and Evan held his little hands while he got his shots. The nurse gave him his first shot and it took him a second to realize what had happened, and then he screamed through the other two shots... poor thing. :( I scooped him up afterwards and he was all better. :)

Paige came to visit!

Sullivan and I went to Seneca for a few days and got to have lunch with Barbara, Heather, and baby Anderson. It was so great to see them and to meet Anderson!
